New to the area and my permanent retainer popped off … I came here because of the great reviews and because they actually answered the phone when I called.Everyone from the appointment scheduler, to the front desk, to the assistant and to doctor himself was fantastic.They fixed my broken permanent retainer in no time and the wait time was minimal (less than 5 minutes).The wait area is modern and fun. There’s a giant glowing neon wall sign and projectors on the floor for kids. The ambiance is fun and vibrant while also still being relaxing and calming somehow!!If I had kids, this would be the type of office I’d want to take them to.Highly recommend this office! Thank you Dr. Wong & staff!
